Which Way Is Your Way to Make Money on the Internet?
Have you ever heard the saying, “There are a million ways to make a million dollars”? That applies even more to the internet. There are probably as many ways to make money on the internet as there are people who want to do so. Just knowing that fact doesn’t make it a reality, though. How about you? How will you make your money on the internet?
- You could create your own information product to sell based on specialized knowledge you may have.
- You could have an inventory of goods to sell on the internet and deal with shipping, returns, and exchanges.
- You could market a service that you provide—until you hit the maximum number of customers you can serve and can’t continue to grow.
- Or, you could market the information products, goods, and services of others and receive payments for your referrals.
Take a Stand–Make a Choice
My preference is for the last option. Why?
- Because I get to do all the creative work without having to stock any products or deal with any customers.
- I get to help people solve problems, help companies continue to grow, and get paid for my results with no upper limit to the amount of money I can make online.
- This is called affiliate marketing and is a great way to get started making money online.
Of course, you could try to figure out for yourself how to make affiliate marketing work—others certainly have. However, the fastest way to get to your goal is to find someone who has already done what you want to do, take them as a model, and speed up your progress towards your ultimate goal—an online business that brings in cash for you.
The Surest Path to Success Making Money on the Internet
Trust me on this one. Finding a high quality mentor who has a gift for teaching is way easier and way faster than learning the hard way–one mistake and frustration at a time.
It’s hard enough starting a new business. Don’t handicap yourself further by adding a knowledge gap–the knowledge to research a market for potential, offer information people in that market are looking for, find high-quality products to recommend, build an effective website, and drive consistent traffic to your site.
A mentor can accelerate your progress toward online success. But, how do you know who to trust, who to model so you can build a successful business? My first choice would be my mentor, George Brown. He has an enormous amount of knowledge, currently makes a great living as an affiliate marketer, and has a definite gift for teaching his methods to others. If you decide he’s not the right mentor for you, I would still encourage you to find someone successful to model.
Start making money on the internet by getting off on the right foot with the right mentor.
